Based on the number of plants you will be bringing, please let us know if you will need a full table or willing to share a table with another Swapper.
The number of people who pre-register will determine if tables will need to be shared.
- There are a total 17 tables at Pavilion #3.
- If there is not table space available for swappers that were late to register, there is lots of nice grass surrounding the pavilion that can be used to set up a trade area.
- Bottled water and soft drinks will be provided by The Greater Mission Bend Area Council.
- Harris County does not allow glass beverage containers and alcohol is not allowed at this event.
Registering in advance will also speed up check-in on the day of the swap. At check-in time you will:
- Receive a Door Prize ticket.
- Receive reserved table information.
- Get a name tag.
Swappers can register the day of the swap, but will not be guaranteed table space.
