It takes months for a Plumeria Seed Horn to mature.   The one pictured below spent the winter in Donna small back yard green house.

Last year’s seed horn finally matured in early April.  The seeds were harvested and planted and several of the seedlings will be brought to the plant swap this year.

Plumeria seeds are easy to grow, the hard part, is finding the seeds.  Since finding seeds can be a problem, most Plumerias are propagated from cuttings.

Desert Rose (Adeniums) are very similar to Plumerias when it come to care.
